Smoked Andouille, Smoked Bacon, Smoked Breakfast Sausage, Eggs, Peppers & Onions, Hash Browns, Cheddar. Layer all that, smoke it again. THEN lay it on Gravy (not pictured) made with the drippings of all that meat!
